“I have always had a deep fascination with movement and flow. Climbing is a sport that requires us to move with efficiency and precision to perform at our best. I love sharing the tips and tricks I have learnt over the past 20+ years to help people feel more connected and gain an improved understanding of how their body moves on the wall. This session will focus on how to build skill and awareness through a thorough warm up, specific drills and performance analysis.” – Shauna Coxsey
