These Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations made through the Estonian Climbing Association’s online platform (“Website”), accessible via www.ronimisliit.ee. By registering for an event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Organizer

2. Registration and Payment

  • All event registrations must be completed through this Website.

  • Payment must be made at the time of registration via the Montonio payment gateway.

  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.

3. Participant Information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration (e.g. name, birth year, club).

  • If registering on behalf of a minor, the person completing the form must be the legal guardian or have their consent.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • Registration is generally binding and non-refundable.

  • If the participant is unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible at info@ronimisliit.ee.

  • In case of event cancellation (e.g. due to weather, force majeure), all participants will be notified and refunds may be issued.

5. Safety and Rules

  • All participants must comply with event rules and follow instructions from organizers and officials.

  • The Estonian Climbing Association is not responsible for personal belongings or injuries during the event unless due to proven negligence.

6. Media and Photos

  • By registering, participants (or guardians of minors) grant permission to use event photos or video for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Data Protection

  • Your personal data will be used only for event organization, communication, and legal reporting (e.g. competition results).

  • We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
